Alexandra & Joseph were married the morning after our freaky October snowstorm. The grounds of Florentine Garden's looked beautiful covered in snow, but they were no match for Alexandra's fabulous smile! It was a beautiful day and I am grateful to have been a part of it!

I was looking forward to Kelly & Derrick's Long Beach Island wedding all year but woke up that morning to gray skies. I was optimistic that the rain would hold off, but it came just in time for the ceremony. Plans were quickly changed and the ceremony was moved under cover. This did not dampen the joy felt all around. Kelly & Derrick's vows were beautiful and sure enough the rain stopped in time for some fun on the beach and a spectacular sunset. There was dancing well into the night, key lime pie, and pizza delivery! Kelly was stunning in her wedding gown and in the party dress she later changed into and Derrick was a very proud & handsome groom. Thanks for letting me capture your special day!

The leaves were just beginning to turn red and it was the perfect day to celebrate the marriage of Amy & Micah. Amy was stunning in her beautiful dress and Micah looked very handsome! The couple was photographed in my favorite park, Davis Johnson Gardens in Tenafly. Ceremony and reception was at the beautiful Temple Emanu-El in Closter.

The ceremony was in the beautiful St. Genevieve Church and then off to the Park Avenue Club for their reception with a stop in between at the Morristown Green. Rachel and Paul suggested the Celery Farm in Allendale for their engagement shoot. I willingly agreed and followed them through clouds of mosquitos to get some shots. It was fun but I am still scratching almost a week later. The moral of the story - don't go to the Celery Farm at dusk on a hot summer day. But if you must go, take along a fun, photographic couple!

On Friday night I had the pleasure of photographing the performance of "The Rotten Princess"at my son's school. The kids rehearsed only 4 afternoons but put on a production that delighted the audience. Responsible for this undertaking was Better than Broadway Productions. So while photographing I happen by accident to take this photo of my son Julian (right) and his good friend Jake. I can't help but be reminded of the many photos I have of these two together since they were small. The older ones are on film but I found one of them at four years old.

Now that winter is here I am managing to find some free time to develop my blog and a new website (coming soon!). I will use this blog to share some of my favorite moments, personal and professional throughout the year. I can't think of a better way to kick it off than with a photo of my two favorite little girls, my daughter Delia (on the right) and her friend Ela. This was a tremendously fun day tubing at Camelback Mountain, PA.
